Aripijate!

Italian.  Roman.

To recover.  To retake yourself.   To get your *@&! together.

Shouted regularly at our home, oftentimes as a joke.  Sometimes out of exasperation.  Rarely as a demand.

Aripijate!

We’d been toying around for years with the idea of doing our own thing.  Jenny would have yet another app idea, generally born out of a need for something to go faster.  Erik digging the ideas, but working too hard otherwise to sit down and devote the time it takes to create an app.

Starting with an international escape, the past four years have been a whirlwind.  And 2024 brought more change than we imagined.  Outgrowing a job and moving on a little earlier than planned. Then the speedy arrival of a new life.  Everything went from the routine, to open ended and swirling.

Aripijate!

Not wanting to just go back to how things were before, this time we decided we’d pull ourselves together and take a stab at creating a few useful apps and try to sell them. To stop just doing an unfulfilling job and do what we do best, working together (albeit with some yelling and plenty of amaro, this is, afterall, an Italian run home) to create something new.  And so what better name for our company than Aripijate as we’re emerging from a giant change, some dizzying years, and a home full of spice and chaos.

So we hope you’ll enjoy the apps we’ve got headed your way.  Starting with some little things to fill your needs, useful in a moment where stuff is a little scattered and you really need a little bit of help to …
